Our fees are based on the official medical fee schedule (GOÄ 1996). While we are not licensed by statutory health insurance companies, we still welcome those with statutory health insurance. If you have no private health care coverage, your initial consultation takes about 30 minutes and will cost you 80 Euros, as established by the medical fee schedule article 31 (A31 GOÄ).

Further fees will be discussed during the first appointment. I typically suggest two further appointments: an hour long examination (185, 00 Euro) and a 30 minute follow-up (85, 00 Euro according to GOÄ 1996). During your first appointment I will draw up a treatment plan and provide you with a cost estimate, which you can keep for your records. Should any other costs arise, you will be notified before treatment is carried out (such as lactate measurement, measurement of your free radical load, Allergo-blood-screening for determining allergies, measuring body tissue, and bio impedance analysis).

I treat a good number of patients without private health care plans who come to me for preventive measures (i.e. nutritional and fitness advice, treatment of weight issues etc.) or treatment of health issues such as allergies, adiposity, disorders of lipometabolism, headaches, migraines, chronic pain syndrome and back problems, and genetic testing.
The medical treatment I provide is time consuming. Appointments take at least 30 minutes, and usually last up to an hour, because of my thorough approach to holistic diagnostics.

Those patients with private health care plans will be informed in advance about treatments not covered by their respective plans. These treatments include herbal, homeopathic, vitamin preparations, Applied Kinesiology (muscle-strength testing for medical diagnosis), and detailed genetic counselling (duration approx. 60-90 minutes). For thorough and lengthy treatments you should expect your deductible to lie between 90 and 150 Euro. This does not apply to the treatment of a generic flu or diarrhoea.

Please note that for bills of less than 100 Euro I am unable to provide written statements listing in detail the reasons behind certain treatments to ensure that private insurers reimburse the patient. However, I will, of course, do my best to support you in negotiations with your insurance providers.
